Shipping Policy

Shipping to any Mainland UK or NI address:

  • £3.99 - Standard ( 3 - 10 working days )

For purchases made over £50, shipping to any Mainland UK or Northern Ireland address will be free of charge.

(On some occasions, free shipping over £50 may be removed temporarily)

( Please note, for personalised items or custom-made orders, delivery may take longer than stated. )

Handling time:

  • 1 - 4 Business Days

This is the time from when the customer places the order to when it is handed over to the delivery service.

( We currently do not ship overseas but can make exceptions on certain products. Please e-mail us at with the product name and delivery location, so that we can advise on details & postage costs. )

We aim to deliver all in stock orders within the timescale stated above, or the maximum time of 14 working days.

However due to postal/courier delays or other possible unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in receiving your goods beyond the maximum timescale.

Where an item has an extended delivery time, it will be noted within the product description.

Due to unforeseeable strikes, there may be delays to the current delivery times stated.

This would have a knock on effect with other courier services, due things like extra workload & staff capacity.

Please understand, these delays are out of our control & refunds will only be considered if items have been lost in transit.


All orders will be delivered via courier or Royal Mail.


Time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract. We will not in any circumstances, be liable for indirect or consequential loss such as (but not limited to) loss of profit, pure economic loss, loss of market, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused or the consequences of delay of delivery, however caused.


It is your responsibility to ensure items purchased can fit through internal and external access points including and passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. We hold no responsibility for items not fitting in the premises and any rework or restocking fees will be payable by you prior to final delivery. 


Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods ordered by you arrive undamaged and without defect. Upon delivery, you may be required to sign the delivery note. It is your responsibility to check the items to ensure the goods delivered are as ordered, the correct quantity and that they are of satisfactory quality. In the event of any discrepancy, you must notify us immediately upon delivery via e-mail the full details.

If the item is damaged, please retain the packaging. In all events, the limits of liability for any fault or defect shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.


Items damaged by the customer that are replaceable, will be payable by the customer together with a further delivery charge.


Goods will only be delivered to the door.
